Your plan is measured in grafts, and each graft carries 1–4 hairs. More grafts means more time and materials in the operating room, the single biggest driver of your price.

A small frontal refresh needs far fewer grafts than restoring the whole top of the scalp. The larger the area you want covered, the more grafts required.

The hairline, mid-scalp and crown each have their own angle, direction and density needs. Rebuilding the crown’s swirl, or combining zones, changes both graft count and planning.

Facial work is quoted on design, not just numbers. Beard and eyebrow cases depend on the shape, angle and symmetry you want, planned hair by hair.

Your donor area on the back and sides is a finite supply. Its density and hair caliber decide how many quality grafts can be moved without thinning it.

Some plans add PRP, stem cell or exosome support to help the scalp and protect graft survival. These are optional and priced on top of the base package.

Cross-border care is coordinated for you, with transport from San Diego, hospital-based treatment and recovery support. What’s bundled in shifts the all-inclusive price.

Repair cases, scarring, prior transplants or specific health factors need more planning and care. Complexity is assessed by the physician before a final quote.
